The combination of organic spelt and sesame seeds produces that indefinable perfect blend of tastes that give the impression that they were made just to be with each other. Sesame seed is one of the oldest seeds known to mankind. They contain very high quantities of amino acids not present in other vegetables protein sources that are important for healthy liver and kidneys and the utilization of B-complex vitamins. Sesame seeds also contain calcium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B and iron. Sesame seeds contain no cholesterol. This bread is packed with goodness and flavour and is nutritionally very healthy.
